Damaged or Defective Items
At Pennybaker Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange policy. You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us to initiate the return or exchange process. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive the returned item. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging when contacting us. We may request that the item be returned for inspection and will provide a prepaid return label in this case. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund once we have received the returned item.
